GM lease programs with no available numbers?

So Buick is leasing the 2017 Enclave Convenience this month, but Edmunds, etc doesn’t have RV or MF numbers available for that particular trim. The advertised national special is very vague too. Basically says that the option to purchase at the end of lease is “determined at signing”, and that GMF must approve the deal. I’ve never seen a lease program like this before, anyone else have any experience or insight about what’s going on here?

That is simply what GM says for many of their lease deals on their websites. Here is an example from the Chevy website. I would ask your dealer for it. They can’t change the residual and by asking a few you can determine if the MF is marked up.
