Anyone out there use GM Financial on a 1 pay lease? Online statement always shows money due. Online chat person says ignore the statement! In MA, we have excise tax which GM pays but then is supposed to bill me. But online statement is always wrong. So no bill for property tax means the bill does not exist? Anyone else been there/done this/got out of property tax?
The exact same thing on my end, and the exact same response from GMF. They said just ignore what it shows online, you are paid up and the online statement is incorrect.
My statement always shows a payment due each month and they just automatically pay it out of what I prepaid. I’m not certain about MA property tax laws though.
