Does anyone know if you can sign up for the Costco gm discount now or is it strict that you have to wait 30 days? Thx.
The Costco rule is that you had to be a member before a promotion started. Typically they rotate manufacturers on a quarterly basis.

I have read before on here that if you find a recently opened Costco you can join there and get the discount. Might be worth poking around into that.
Don’t forget there are deals on GM EVs’ Honda/Acura twins, the Prologue and ZDX.
