I got a 3 year lease ending in Dec 2026, and I recently came to know my visa is not getting extended and I have to leave the country around Feb 2026.
I am exploring options here as of what to do, should I sell this car now or wait till the end or any other options I have.

Put it up for lease transfer as you get closer to your exit date so you’re not scrambling for a car in the meanwhile

Well good luck. Maybe you will fall in love and get married. But like Chris said I would wait 4 months before your departure date and list it on Swapalease for transfer.
If you are looking to do a lease transfer, you will need to provide a good incentive. I think the current 2024 deals are very attractive.
