I kind of went through this with MBFS but they told me 60 days but it was really 30 days. I did get “collection” calls so I just went ahead and paid it. I am surprised you didn’t get collection calls to be honest. You might have to swallow this negative impact sadly.

A lot of times, these companies have “notes” of previous calls. Ask to speak with a manager and see if they can pull up these notes
