Shopping a 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4-door 4x4 in Atlanta, GA. Comparing three dealer quotes and want a sanity check on what’s actually competitive. I have A-Plan eligibility through a family member but haven’t disclosed it to any dealer yet (holding it in reserve as a backup option). Based on what I’d researched, A-Plan would put me around ~$54K selling price on a $60K MSRP,
Vehicle spec:

Lease terms wanted:

15,000 miles/year
$0 cash down
Super Tier credit (740+)
Quotes received:
Dealer A (Dealer has gone ghost once pressed about itemized discount and fees):
$1,693 in mandatory dealer add-ons (window tint + ZAKTEK products)
Doc fee: $899 / EFT: $129
Quoted cash price only, not lease yet
Questions:
Is the 0.0033 MF from Dealer A marked up vs current Ford Credit buy rate? What’s the actual May/June 2026 buy rate for 36/15K 2026 Outer Banks?
Is 62% residual correct for 36/15K?
Bonus question: I’ve been getting significant dealer resistance to written numbers and specific terms. Coming in informed and knowing exactly what I’m looking for (coming in with specific VIN) seems to slow things down rather than speed them up. Any tactical tips for getting dealers to actually engage on numbers vs. trying to get me on the phone or push for a deposit before commitments?
these are pretty typical ford dealer tactics imho. i have also never had any good experiences trying to get lease numbers, seems they are predisposed to purchases. your best luck is to just blanket the atlanta metro, there are a lot of ford dealers here.
become a super supporter to get the current ford incentives through the leasehackr calculator.
You can obtain RV and buyrate MF by becoming a Super Supporter here (which allows you to access Ratefindr) or by asking on the pertinent Edmunds lease forum.
Tim’s number is on the right side of the spreadsheet and says to text. We wouldn’t have any way to know if a 2026 is available or the reason he didn’t put it on the spreadsheet.
My co worker pays 600 a month on a used bronco sport from carvana. He claims he didn’t even like the color. I have no idea why people still buy them anyway
You’re wasting a ridiculous amount of time “holding” the A-Plan in your pocket. You’re making the dealer run multiple quotes and asking 800 questions just to pull out the A-Plan which has a set specific discount that cannot be deviated from, thus negating everything you have done prior to it.
Its super simple. You tell the dealer, “I want to lease stock XXXX, I have A-Plan, and would like base rate with no adds. Ready to sign today.”
Even better…just say I will pay X/mo with X DAS for X mo term with X miles on stock X and will sign today…don’t even get into buy rate and add ons…if they want to do those to meet internal sales metrics let them increase discount as long as they meet the target parameters.
Yeah I’d agree in a normal deal. But with plan pricing there is a set discount and fees that cannot be deviated from. So whatever the price is with the plan, is the price. You can really only negotiate rate and add-ons
