SWorse than the deal advertised on ford’s own website… I think you can do better although dealers have limited room for discounting on electric cars

I have a 2016 FFE and I love it. The only things that I don’t like about it are the short range and it being heavy in the back and light in the front. Search the forums - dealers can definitely discount it.

I was offered a Ford Fusion Energi (2017) on Feb 28th, $288/month, $2789 down. I took practically the same deal (my car hard $3k more options and $7 more per month). The fusion is a heck of a lot more car for just a few bucks more (all leather, fantastic 11-speaker stereo, 22 miles electric range but 600 miles gasoline range ~45mpg). My deals included $5500 ford factory incentive on the 2017’s and the $4007 federal rebate. The fusion is far better - if there are still some 2017 models in your area, look for a Fusion …

I can get free electricity at work and alternate days (i drive & charge, my wife drives & depletes the charge). I average about 750 miles per tank (15gal) of gas, with about 150 of that being electric range.

The ford advertisements are for a stripper car, there is no tax, no license, no ford leasing fees, included in that teaser price.

I have a 2016. I am paying 160 a month with 0 drive off, 12k miles. With the 2500 CA rebate I received I am at 87 a month effectively.

At that price the car is a no brainer. I would love the larger battery the 17 + have. I like that the car looks like a regular focus, the sync system is excellent and the ride and handling are very good for a compact car.

At the deal you are being offered you are getting close to Bolt territory, which is a significantly better car.
