I recently asked for a quote for a Malibu to a local dealer (South FL), and he said they were absorbing some upfront costs such upfront taxes. It is my understanding FL lease taxes are paid on a monthly basis, am I missing something here?
That is correct. By upfront taxes he means taxes on the rebates, which are usually paid upfront or you could roll them into the lease.
