First time leasing and confused

Don’t worry about the money factor or residual unless you plan on keeping it. The simple most important thing in a lease is monthly payment.

My advise is simple. Wait until the last 5 days of the month and shop around. At that point play dealers against one another. You will be guaranteed to get the best price.

But how do you know which monthly payment is the best deal? Is it the lowest one across all dealers that you played in those 5 days?
