First time leaser advice on Chevy Cruze LT hatchback

Hello everyone!

I’ve read these forums for a couple months now trying to absorb the most I can before I hop into a bad deal. I’ve been back and forth with a local chevy dealership and got down to this deal:

MSRP: [$22,795]
Selling Price: [$20,763.34]
Rebates: [Chevrolet Lease Cash $1500, Farmers Bureau $500]
Trade-in: [$0]

Months: [36]
Annual Mileage: [10,000]
MF: 0.00081
Residual: [58%]

Security Deposit: [$0]
Total Due At Signing: [$808]
Monthly Payment (incl. tax): [$217.60]

Zip Code: [33351]
Sales Tax Rate: [6%]

I think I did this correctly, but I’m not sure. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve driven the same car since I was 16… 27 now.

they seem to have it advertised cheaper and are near you.

Do you have anyone in your household with a lease? That conquest rebate would save 1500

seems $1K too expensive see

the only incentive that you don’t have is the lease, so that would bring it to ~$19K purchase price, not a $20.7 purchase price.

My wife has a leased Toyota Corolla but it’s in her grandmas name and she doesn’t live with us. Her grandmother said she’d get it switched into our name but I don’t know the fees it would cost to do that, and if it would be worth it. Could look into it though.

The ones from Miami were giving me a little anxiety because they seems almost too low. And I’ve been to miami like a handful times my whole life living in FL
