I am in the market for a 2016 Volt Premier. I own and will keep my 2013 Volt.
I am almost certain that I will end up leasing.
1.My first question is… do I approach the dealers as a buyer or leaser?
I have located over eight 2016 Volts that I am interested. I live in Pennsylvania, but I am willing to buy in NJ. NY., MA. and any other state near Pennsylvania.
2.Will the fact that I live in Pennsylvania affect the incentives if I buy in another state? What are the pitfalls purchasing out of state?
What other in formation would I need from the dealer other than the cap cost, residual, interest rate/money factor, term, miles, end of lease fees? Will a dealer give me a hard time requesting any of the information? Will any information be hidden or not included in a lease document?
Can anyone give me an idea as to what kind of figures I can expect with a 2016 Premier lease (12k, 36/39mo/msrp 38-41k)?
As you can read I am really in the dark, so if anyone can offer any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
