Subject line says it all! Not sure what I’m doing, using a broker to get a deal as I don’t have the patience or stomach to deal with all of this, and the 740 (non-electric) is apparently a rare BMW now a days, which is making all of this a huge pain in the ass.
Do you have any other cars in the household right now? The 2025 740xi gas has a $2k Conquest rebate, so your total rebates should be $8000 as long as you have any non-BMW in the household. If you currently have a BMW, there is a $4k Loyalty rebate, making total rebates $10k.
Also, is the MSRP correct? That must be a super base unit. They’re usually in the $104k+ MSRP range for the xDrives.
No loyalty, but do have another vehicle at the house, I’ll ask about it. Rest of the numbers look good? Also, the “money down” thing, apparently that IS a thing? I saw a bunch of other sites that talk about not putting anything down on a lease, but here, it seems to be more standard.
This is WAY better than my first deal that I got from my local dealer, to an embarrassing amount, but I also want to make sure I’m not forgetting anything here.
What is the money factor being used for this deal? As for cash down, I wouldn’t put any cash down on a lease except, of course, your first month’s payment and maybe your fees (registration, taxes, etc.). If you put any more money down, all you’re doing is buying down the lease payment each month…if the vehicle is in a total loss accident, that money is gone. BMW does automatically include GAP insurance in their lease deals, so you don’t have to worry about that. And that tax rate…OUCH!
Big shout out @ZZAutoDeals, came back at them with the Conquest 2K rebate and first month lease due at signing. Brought the monthly to $1289, but I’m up to 12K miles annually with a total savings of $19,261 (11%) overall.
I think we’re good to go here? I mean, my first lease deal I posted up here compared to where we’re at here is breathtaking: it was almost $1600 a month, 10K miles, but they wanted 5K upfront AND with an $11,000 car trade in. I feel kinda silly, but thank god I came over here first and took my time with this.
Glad you were able to get the $2k Conquest applied! Aren’t you using a broker for this deal? They should be able to guide you through the rest of this. Seems like a good deal if the discount and rate have not otherwise changed. Best of luck!
Do you or your partner work for a large company? Check if you have corporate fleet - employed by a company enrolled in the program with BMW / it’ll be an extra $2,000.
