I am trying to lease BMW X1 loaner (3900 miles on it) car. Its MSRP is $42150 and selling price is $35981. What would be lowest monthly payment I can do? My credit score is around 800 and I can put some money down if I have to.
Thanks!

You probably still cannot lease X1 due to stop sale.
@Han_Song Please update your title to be more useful and specific.
I read so many posts here but it is still hard to deal with dealership.
This is the Offer for BMW X1 loaner with 3900 miles on it.
Monthly Payment: $484
Miles / Year : 10000
Term : 36 Months
Money Due At Signing: $700
MSRP Of The BMW: $36495
Adjusted price after savings :$30495
MF: .00145*
Residual :57% with Mileage adjustment
Is it possible lower the monthly payment to around $300?
Horrible offer.
Looks like they’re trying to roll incentives into the discount when this should really be the selling price before incentive, period.
Can you even lease an X1 yet? I thought they were still on stop sale?
It’s a trash deal
Don’t open multiple threads.
To give you some guidance on what you can achieve, I leased my loaner X1 in April for $305 before tax, no MSD’s. Only fees and first payment at signing. MSRP of ~$45,500. I am in Colorado. I actually want to transfer this lease, but am stuck now until the recall issue is solved.
Other hackers sign deals much better than mine, and I realize now that I could have squeezed
more out of the deal.
Thank you very much for the replies! I am sorry to open another thread, I am new to leasehackr. So do I need to lower the selling price?
They said it will take one to two months to repair and release the vehicles.
There has been absolutely nothing that says the fix is available, unless I’m missing something. This dealer is not only giving you a crap deal, but he or she is blowing smoke on it.
Don’t you think someone would have posted here if there was a solution, let alone that a quick Google search also shows there isn’t a fix yet?
Yeah you’ll have to work on an X2 or X3 If you want a BMW SUV anytime soon. I’d advise emailing other dealers too.
Hi Matt,
I just came across your below comment and I am wondering whether you are indeed looking to transfer your X1 lease. Our current X1 lease expires end of August we are considering taking over someone’s lease just to avoid all the time and hassle trying to find a good deal on a new one.
Best,
Ivar

Yes, but they are not transferable at this time until they figure out the recall.
Thanks Matt. Two of our local BMW dealers said they have resumed sales, but I am not sure whether that just applies to dealers.
To be fair, comparing April to July is apples to oranges. That was the last month for lease support on 18s, so dealers were more motivated. Incentive dollars may have been different as well.
I will check with them today, but as of right now I am unable to see a payoff online due to the recall which I understood to mean that I can’t transfer. Where are you located?
