First Lease - LX570 help!

Looking to lease a 2021 LX570

First time dealing with a lease

Got a quote today from a dealer and was wondering if it made sense

MSRP: $104,400
Selling Price: $99,455.28
Fees: $1,086.75
Sales Tax: $10,202.88

Rebate: $1,500
Money down: $5,999

Residual: 59% ($61,596)

$1,348.51/month for 36 months (Tax included)

Any input?

I guess I’m being screwed on the MF on this one

Two row or three row? Looks like three.

I’m definitely in the right place to be asking this if you can tell that right away.

Three row!

I sell a lot of lexus. Looks like you’re getting bumped in MF, discount upfront isn’t terrible. Ask for an even 5% and ask for base MF, go to forum.edmunds.com for that info I can’t give it out publicly but if you PM I can. Do MSDs as well, they offer a very good ROI with LFS/TFS.

Man, George W Bush was president when the current generation of the LX was introduced.

PM sent! Thanks!

I wonder if a Toyota Landcruiser leases better. It’s essentially the same exact car.

For sake of comparison, I leased a two row last week. MSRP around 91k:
36 months, 15k miles a year, absolute true -0- at signing (not even first month). I’m at $871 a month plus tax ($950 a month all in w/ 9% PA sales tax). I want to say dealer discount was around 7k, plus 1500 lease rebate, plus 1000 college grad rebate. I already have around 7k of positive equity in the car based on current market conditions.

Edit: I do believe the two row has a better RV… you’d have to confirm w/ Edmunds.

Additional Edit: I agree, the LX570 is 100% “old school” (AKA: due for a redesign). That said, they do drive like a bank vault, and do a hell of a job holding value for this class.

Best in class. That is my dream car when I become a dad 3 or 4 years from now. Lol

For that Payment I would get an Bmw X7 or a Mercedes Gls it’s a lease so your not worried about reliability

Was planning on buying it out and selling it at the end of the lease since it holds it’s value quite well

That’s true I just got a Lexus gx last month it was in the high 500s if the BMW X5 or Mercedes gle was in that price range I would go for that
but they are all 650+.
