First BMW //M Car Lease. M8 GC Competition. What is invoice and loyalty MF?

First M car lease for me.

Could someone knowledgable tell me the %off MSRP for invoice price and what the loyalty MF is?

I’ve been given a sheet by a dealer who offered invoice price plus all rebates. Doing the math only gives a 5.5% discount off MSRP (without rebates). My research before on my non-M BMWs shows that invoice is typically 7% off MSRP.

Also quoted a base MF of .0018. Would this be lowered by BMW loyalty?

I would not pay invoice on a m8 gc shoot for the stars with this one

I’d fish out of state for this there’s gotta be some desperate dealers out there

Thanks for the support! The problem is that this spec is very close to what I was looking for and it’s already on a boat to the US. I’ve looked/emailed and can’t find one close to the combo I want.

I was told that BMW has stopped production of '24 MY M8s and I’d have to wait for a '25 MY in a few months.

I mean .0018 is not bad in this market right now

I would shoot for 10 percent and call it a day if you love the car

M deals for 1 percent arnt back just yet

The % off MSRP for invoice on BMW’s ranges anywhere from 5.5% for low MSRP cars like a base 230i, X1 28i, etc. to 6.5% for high MSRP cars like an M8, XM, i7 M70, etc. On an M8 GC Comp it would be closer to the 6.5% off MSRP mark to calculate invoice. You should definitely be shooting for below invoice on an M8 right now before any rebates.

The base MF this month for Tier 1 on an M8 is 0.0018. No reduction for having loyalty.
