I have a Honda CRV 2019 whose lease is maturing in Dec. I would love to keep the car as I like it and residual price is really good. But I can’t afford the pay the whole amount myself and needs financing.
I wanted to ask the community as to what are their suggestion where to get financing for this? I can go to dealer but they would charge fees which I would love to avoid. Any recommendation of banks/credit unions in NY who can finance this?
If you think dealer would be the best option, please reckoned who?
If somebody has done this recently, please share your experience.
See if you need an extended warranty Go HERE and price out how much a warranty would cost. This is a Honda, but just so you have all the numbers on the table.
Just got ridiculously low rates on my lease buyout from FedChoice. Put $5 in a savings account and you are eligible for a loan there. I got 2.74% on my Infiniti buyout.
Yes, they were higher when I applied as well but still better than I was finding out there. Once I was approved and called in to check on everything, they offered me that rate which honestly, shocked me. I will say both my wife and I have credit scores in the 8s but if you were leasing prior, your credit score likely is pretty good as well.
