Finally pulled the trigger on a brand new C43 AMG

You paid 10 MSD’s also?

Very similar deal to my C43, you’ll love it. Just be informed that you will likely not get very good tire wear on the front tires (i replaced the fronts at 13k)

wow these deals are very good ! wish socal has something like this , congrats !

Where did you get the new tires from? I have discount tire direct in mind if something goes wrong.

Based on the research that i did, if the MSRP is $56595 dealers are more inclined to add the panoramic roof rather than the premium sound system. If you look at the Mercedes of Alexandria link that i’ve posted, the car has the same configuration.

I don’t think this is a new hack but pull off the factory run flats while they still have enough tread for lease return and put on your tire of choice.

That’s a great idea! Enjoy the car on the run flat’s for 7 or 10k miles, get a tire of my choice and replace it back at the lease end.

How the heck did your tyres get that bad so quickly? I’ve got a GLC43 with 13.5k miles and my tyres still have plenty of tread. With the fronts only getting 31% of the power normally your rears should go well before the fronts. You sure your car isn’t crabbing when on full steering lock as it’s an issue with some of the C/GLC43’s? (Crabbing causes friction on the inside of the tyre so can cause premature wear)

It’s the way the camber is set on the “performance” models, unfortunately there isn’t much you can do about it (yes you can put camber plates on, but are you really going to do this on a leased car…)

But i went with non-run flats, they are much nicer on the road and cost quite a bit less. They are Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

To add onto this, my rears are still at 7/32nds (conti ships with 10/32nds)

I think it was either tire rack or tires easy, i’ll look it up and shoot you a message.

With only needing 2, most of the “buy 4, get $100 off” doesnt work, but what i did as bought 4 225/40/19’s and just asked them to mount/balance the fronts  I’ll have a set in another year to mount/balance.
