Does this fee structure looks fine for upfront Doc and Registration, tax and etc charges. MA

Pretty much, if MF is low enough, you could roll it in. Also consider bumping MF to get rid of that nasty acquisition fee.

X1 xdrive and no packages (only heated seats front and steering) . $414 + taxes . is the deal ok ?

i don’t know whats hihger in mine.

I did not take it. I just asked them what does lease fee include. that fee was not in their previous offers.

You might consider inputting the number into the calculator and try with acq fee waiver and as is.
