Feedback: 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L - Limited - $529/mo $1,602 DAS | MSRP $56,500

Thinking about signing this today. Want some feedback if I am missing anything, or need to optimize elsewhere. I dont care about the vehicle really, just need a third row for my wife. I am not seeing many other 3rd row cars leasing this well.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L - Limited

$56XXX MSRP
6.19% Discount
MF: .00084
RV: 53%
10K lease
39 MOS

Payment w/Tax: $529
Upfront: $1603

What incentives are you including?

What bank is this through with a $695 acq fee?

CCAP. I know dealer is taking $100 markup here but didn’t want to press here if I’m missing anything else

$4000 of general incentives
$6000 of returning lessee bonus
$1000 private site

Discount seems a little low, but doesn’t look too bad. You’re not military or a first responder by chance?

negative. How high can you push a discount on a 2023 given this isnt a 4xe and isn’t a model end

I can beat this payment by a decent amount and keep you at 36 month

edit: I can only do this in Socal

What would you propose?

Typically discounts are higher on the gas GCs, not lower. Dealers have more margin between msrp and invoice.

I actually would prefer one with a higher MSRP so I can get Luxury package, but none at this dealer with Luxury have captains chairs. Another nearby dealer does, higher MSRP. They all are being pretty stubborn on trying to make margin on MF, which is when I walked away and found this dealer willing to play ball.

What discount would you recommend I pursue since we are now end of month

I’d probably be targeting 8-9%, but if you can’t find a unit that works for what you need, you’re somewhat at their mercy.
