You can’t sign a lease contract ahead of time because of the changing monthly incentives I take it?
But for purchase doesn’t the financing APR also change?
A lease doesn’t get a tax credit, so the IRS allowing a contract is irrelevant.
You would need a bank that was allowing the extension of their incentives based on a signed contract, which is a totally independent thing.
