I didnt sell mine yet but i am looking into it due to all these issues. Carvana and Vroom are offering a good price and above the buyout.

21.3k now. That is the buyout they told me if i wanted to own the car now.
It really depends on the state from what I’ve seen. Brands will do what state laws obligate them to do.
