Just got a letter asking to submit extra info like utility billing and ID and copy of SS and mail it back to them. Never heard of a card asking for that a physical copy of those things before.
Is this actually still valid?
I did this for my last GM lease and I was able to redeem my points for statement credits. But since August when the GM card moved to Barclays, I think they no longer allow points to be redeemed for statement credit. I got a new lease and I can’t find the button to redeem my points for statement credit.
Can someone confirm if this is still possible?
