Hendricks sucks in general

only because you have never dealt with an envision dealer

True. I will do the BBB thing today and I will wait a week to send paperwork in hand.

Some states allow you to sue for legal fees as well correct? In those states I would think more lawyers work on a contingency basis. Again I’m just assuming I never had to actually sue many people in my life. Any lawsuit I did have was contingency tho

NC doesn’t look like one of those states

The BBB is useless. You can pay them to remove bad reviews. I deal with these type of situations daily at work (just not for you, rabbi)

What you need to do is send a letter/email to the State AG’s office, the office for consumer protection, the state dealer group association, the GM/dealer principal, and 2 local news stations.

Timeline the entire series of events from start to finish. Spare no detail. Demand immediate help and rectification. Do not mention the word lawyer anywhere

Yeah. I feel like BBB won’t do much so I am still writing the letter. I wrote a whole thing and included emails from the BMW team how they have been ignoring me. At the end I did state that if it doesn’t get involved, I will gladly contact attorny generals office.

Don’t wait. You don’t even need a letter. Literally just send an email laying out what I said and put all of those different people on the email. You will have the dealer’s version of me calling you within 24 hours

This is what I’m most curious about

LOL. I didn’t full stop at the stop sign, kind of just roll’d through it. He was making a left turn into it so he basically saw entire thing and turned around

Dealer: You should have stopped at that stop sign. Not our problem.

I wouldn’t be surprised. @Bumboola is helping me out on this. I think we should be good for now… will update later

Small Update:

After sending email to CEO, GM, Finance and Client care. I got a call from GM this morning. He had no idea this was going on and feels embarrassed that this happened. He will get it all in order and offer next steps.

I failed my first driver’s test by rolling through a stop sign. Guess how many stop signs I rolled through since I was 16 lol. Somewhat have to thank the DMV employee

When’s the season finale???

They paid out 3 months payments basically and got plates within 2 days.

If the GM did not know about it, hope the guy that was blowing you off and not trying to resolve the issue was fired
