EV9 lease calculator help

Hi, looking at KIA EV9 Lands and seeing listings like this one.

https://www.northcountykia.com/new/Kia/2024-Kia-EV9-carlsbad-ca-0361134b0a0e081d7752f4ec1cea3446.htm

I am not well educated on the leasehackr calculator, but when I put this vehicle in I am seeing monthly payments of about $500 after the listed incentives, which seems really good. Am I missing something?

Post your calculator.

With that said, that dealer is showing $0 discount and double counting incentives, so their numbers are garbage.

Generally, dealer websites are useless places to try to pull pricing data off of.

well first off ,$1500 off is too low, ask them for at least 6500 if you want a deal. Plus the other incentives

I believe the summer sticker savings is the $1500 select vin incentive

Eww so it’s really at MSRP? yuck, ask for $8000 then.

Who knows where they’re at pricing wise. Their website certainly doesn’t show anything useful. They just shotgun blasted a bunch of non-stacking incentives at the wall to see who they can convince to call in about a made up number that doesn’t exist.

Dealer ads are the road to Hell.

Using MF, RV from the last post on this thread as it’s really within 100 miles of my area.

Can I please get the MF, RV, and incentives for trims: Land and GT. For 24 months/10k in 92677 and also 36 months/10k in 92677. Thank you.
GT-Line
.00092 MF and 65% residual. $10,100 lease cash
.00097 MF and 58% residual. $7500
Land
.00091 MF and 64% residual. $10,400
.00099 MF and 58% residual. $7500

I was using $16,000 as taxed incentives based on the 2 -$7,500 incentives on the dealers site as well as the military and loyalty discounts.

This doesn’t exist

Thanks. That’s what I kinda figured.

Slightly off-topic since it’s an EV6 vs EV9, but any insight how I could replicate this deal? I’ve never heard of one-pay discounts.

Just wanted to share the details of my signed deal out of thanks and in case others might benefit.

I was able to get a one-pay discount off of an already low money factor.

2024 Kia ev6 Wind RWD 24 months/10,000 miles zip code 92120

MSRP: 50745
Price: 47892
RV: 64%, 32,447
MF: .00091 - one pay discount of .0009 = new MF of .00001. (That is not a typo…four zeros!)
Lease Cash: 11,700
Tax rate: 7.75
No acquisition fee
Government fees: 665.15
Dealer fee: 85

I paid the entire lease amount at signing of $5684, so I don’t have any monthly payments.

At the end of lease, the turn-in disposition fee is $400, so my absolute total will be $6084.

That works out to an effective monthly cost of $254 per month.

Appreciate very much the free information that I received here, I have no doubt that it supported me in saving a lot of money.

Best of luck to others trying to make informed decisions and getting a deal that makes sense for them.

Doing a one pay is as simple as telling the dealer you want to do a one pay. Some may not know how to do it, but most should.

Are those ev6 programs from this month? That discount doesn’t look all that hard to come by, but dont know if the programs are the same.

Id suggest signing up as a super supporter so you can pull numbers from ratefindr for establishing your target deal.

Thanks.

Yes posted today on Edmunds forum for EV6 lease deals.

Two row EV market is saturated. You can most likely do better on Ariya, Blazer or Io5.

That does not mean it was signed today

Is the one-pay discount on Kia leases 0.00007 or 0.00009?
