My Hummer residual is like 76% I think on 105k msrp.

I’ve seen 3x selling in the high 50s. I have a 2x. So in a year it’s prob gonna be 30k flipped

I was just looking at mine. RV 38k in December.. trade value today is 21k.. Listings for 30.. big oof.

For shorter term leases, possibly yes.

But for longer term ones it may end up worse due to necessary CPO/warranty extensions to help branded retailers move secondhand inventory.

Imagine if you paid over MSRP during the post-COVID dumbassery.

I saw them sell over 200k for the first editions. I fell like the first couple were closer to 300. Insane

I understand that point but does the financing arm care about the next selling stage of the car after lease ends?
