Well, shit, another 15 to sleep at EA charger like I see many of them do while the display shows 1+ hour already charging and still not at 90%
Looks like the Acura ZDX is step child of the GM EV family. Seen it today, got same key fob as my silverado, steering wheel, and dash the same
The zdx and the prologue are basically reskinned blazers.
Its funny you said that, i havent seen blazer in person, but i thought about it too
The new Chevy EV I’m seeing on roads is the Blazer right? I don’t understand why the wheels are so redunkulous.
The researching on anything she leaves to me. So far I have found only two negativeish articles, one about lead batteries in scooters in Asia and other about minor concerns from electromagnetic fields.
Majority are about positive benefits of EVs so things are looking good on my end.
Just remind her she currently pours gallons of highly flammable, carcinogenic liquid into her tank every time she fills up.
Yep- that and the Honda versions are a Chevy co-op
ZDX is reskinned Lyriq, to be exact
Lyriq, blazer, zdx, and prologue all share the gm bev3 platform.

You know that was actually the plan right? The companies that make the cancer causing shit lobbied for the warning to be so broad that people think it’s meaningless and keep buying their cancer products. You’re welcome.
If we talking Ultium, so are Hummer and Silverado, etc etc
Actual car platform sharing between GM and Honda, Lyriq → ZDX and Blazer → Prologue
The lyriq, blazer, zdx, and prologue are all on the same bev 3 platform.
They share it with the upcoming equinox ev, a couple buick electra options, and the upcoming celestiq and optiq.
Not talking generic ultium that includes stuff like the silverado and hummer.
Ya bro and all EQS and EQE are EVA2. But one could say EQS SUV and Sedan are more related to each other than EQE SUV and Sedan. Look at battery sizes, for example.
Same thing with these GM cars. Lyriq and ZDX have same 102kWH battery which is different from Blazer and Prologue’s 85kW battery. Same goes for motors and other drive train components.
Other than that, sure they are all the same Bev 1,2,3,4 platform, or whatever you say it is.
I would personally take stock in the professional opinion of the thousands of professional automotive/electrical engineers in various companies, in multiple countries around the world, building battery EVs and testing their safety over your wife’s personal research.
I think you and your kids will be fine!
The same 102 kwh battery the blazer rwd gets…
Ugh. Now tell my which battery Prologue shares with Lyriq.
Battery doesn’t define platform. There are EVs that come with multiple battery choices in the same platform.
