Using the leasing structures found on LH I emailed bunch of dealers and negotiated on dealer discount. Key thing is focus on Dealers with cars that have been sitting on lots over 40 days.

7% tax… RV 66% with audicare and Mf was .00007 I believe
I thought mf was .00037 for Oct 2024.
some of the brokers are able to get you out of state MF’s. In Florida, the base MF at the time I signed was .00037, but I was able to get an out of state deal at .00007
