Well, after much anticipation, I finally got the deal done. I think @Martin_A put a hex on me LOL. Some issues involved pulling ahead and such. I did have to pull ahead from the 2022 EQS I overpaid on that one pay, and I will be getting 3200 back from MB via check. I feel like this is a huge upgrade from the basic 450 to a Ruby Red 580 ( @holeydonut ). If I did include pull ahead, it would be “$4,000 one pay” or effective $166ish/m with tax but some LH members don’t see the concept in that so I will leave it at that.
I will upload a PDF copy to the signed section once the notary gives all the paperwork back to the dealer. Surprisingly, the LH Calculator is higher than expected vs my deal. I don’t know where the few hundred dollars is off. Usually, it never matches up exactly. I give it $500 wiggle room
THIS DEAL CANNOT BE REPLICATED anymore. All 580s have been claimed now
I didn’t even see the final contract, told them to stop slacking and send it ASAP. I am glad for this website cause the dealer was trying to sneak in some extra fees on the back end but I caught it lol.
I had a front row seat to this… It had all the earmarks of a modern drama. Laughter, sadness, anger, threats and in the end victory. @djrabbi is the real deal.
Man I love my EQS and already targeting to jump to a 2025 with all the MY upgrades when I can do the pull in next year. It is the best car for the money and it is not even close. That being said my EQS is in the service for a 12v battery issue and my loaner EQB just throws random malfunction messages. This probably is the best way to summarize MB as a brand, they are great cars when they work, which isn’t all that often
