EQB 300 Lease - Good Deal?

Hey everyone,

Recently joined the forums and am looking for your inputs on the below deal for a EQB 300 (Southern CA):

MSRP: $62,615
Discounts / Rebates: AMEX $2,500 EV/Loyalty/Other: $9,615
Appearance/Dent Protection from AutoNation: $900
Selling price: $51,400
MF: 0.00135
Terms: 36 / 7.5K
DAS: $0
Residual Value: 50%
Monthly payment: $584 (including taxes)

I also tried plugging this into the leasehackr calculator but was not able to get the numbers to match up.

Any assistance or inputs would be greatly appreciated

The moment I saw ‘appearance and dent protection’ the answer is a big NO.
I believe this is more of a $500-525 car

There are some brokers here for CA that can help you out.

I thought the MF for the 300 was 0.00095?

that’s what I thought as well based on reading some other posts here…however, dealer stated that was what was it is per MBFS

So they are maximizing the mark up on MF, why don’t you just call @oarfish18

What kind of discount are you getting, 10-12%? plus loyalty, plus fleet.

total discount is ~19-20% including loyalty, AMEX, EV, etc. most of this is attributed to the AMEX and EV discounts

apologies, not sure I’m following. are you suggesting a 10-12% discount in addition to the AMEX, loyalty, EV? i.e.:

  • MSRP: $62,615
  • 10% discount = $6,261.50
  • Other discounts = $2500 + $7500 + $1000 = $11,000

Sale price should be: $45,353.50?

So I am at 13% + $10,000 ($7,500 + $2,500 + $1,000 (loyalty))?
And I am doing 0.00095, am I not the better deal? excluding shipping?

attempted to plug in the numbers into the calculator to get the monthly pricing to match up to what was quoted to me - the MSRP reduction came out to ~11.3% (CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR)

your MF is definitely better - what are the shipping charges? :grinning:

yes that’s what the brokers/dealers here are offering too. oarfish is 13%, these guys are in Norcal.
