@IAC_Scott , since the 911 is out of my budget, you think you can do $399 for a taycan with $2,500 DAS. ![]()

I think LHer needs a âdittoâ button for the people that feel compelled to chime in and say in essence exactly what has been said before perhaps more than a few times above their post.
tl;dr ftmfw
Dumb so many idiots buy these and donât track them. There is no point to a gt3 or especially a gt3rs that you drive around town and frankly they are going to be very lackluster for that purpose.
Porsche can charge what they want, bonus points if it gets rid of the flippers
Please mr dealer sell me this car so I can keep it in my garage and look at it instead of driving it. Love to putt around town in my 9k redline car. Sad

On Matt Farahâs podcast he talks about multiple people who bought GT cars and then swapped out the suspension for regular 911 suspension - i.e. people who donât want to drive GT cars are buying them for investment and converting them into regular 911s to drive on the street.
Who are these people buying second hand GT3s and Sienna XLEs? What goes through their heads?
Would think that doing major mods to the car would be bad for its value. They could just buy a 911 S which would probably be just as fast on the street and have their desired comfort.
So many folks obsessed with prestige and thinking theyâre such a race car driver when itâs just not the car that fits their desired use.
They introduced the 997 GTS in 2011 or so with the 4.0 and many of the goodies but without the super stiff suspension⌠wasnât that supposed to be a GT3 for the street?
Since then there have been several GTS plus the new S/T, all of which are variations of the same formula
You have to love LH. It is the only place on the internet where a fire sale prediction thread morphs to buying a 1/2 mil car at MSRP.
Nice work men.
Gt3RS at MSRP is a fire sale, to be fair
Thatâs funny. The previous owner of the 987 Spyder I just bought went the other way and added some GT3 bits to the suspension.

False. 997 GTS never had a 4.0.
Youâre right. It had the power boost over the S with the 3.8
Is that 6ix9ine car lol
Couldnât believe the general consensus in the thread was that this monstrosity looks good but clearly that person is doing well if they can afford to do this bullshit. Good for them
No need to get his posts confused with actual facts, accuracy, experience and/or reality.
