Got my car serviced last night and the dealership was empty so chatted with my salesperson for about an hour. He was very candid because they’re being bought out by a larger dealer and is likely to leave. I asked him about better deals at the end of the month and he said not always. They’re a volume dealership and he said if they already hit their target then no deals to be had as well as if they’re too far from the target, same thing. It’s only if they’re close. Makes sense?

Yes. You have to find the exact dealer who ‘needs’ to make your deal! Then you can make magic happen. Lots of phone calls!
