End of Month Leasing

,

Is it best to wait until the end of the month to lease from BMW?

Some will tell you yes, but I don’t necessarily agree with that. The risk you run into is that if sales quotas are met early, they don’t have the same motivation to do as good of a deal, and you could end up with an average to mediocre deal. You also run the risk of what you’re looking at being sold

In summary, and as always, it’s a crap shoot. Start the process early in the month to show your interest as they may find themselves 1 car short near the end, and work their magic to get you to move.

I’ve done well with 3rd week to 4th week deals.

Like @mp11477 said, it really depends. If a store hits their targets early - they have no incentive to make loser deals. In that case it makes sense to start negotiations early on and they can always get back to you. However, if you end up not closing because you didn’t get the deal you want and incentives and MFs change for the worse, now you’re back to square…negative 5.

Thanks guys. They are waiting my response to their initial offer of 2.5% off MSRP :smirk:

Should I cut to the chase and counter with 9 or 10%? :slightly_smiling_face:

GFY is a good one.

What car?
