How soon after signing a lease with Toyota Financial can I buyout the car without risking the incentives I got?
The incentives are yours. Pay it off as soon as you have an account number if you wish.

trism or @tokmane Could you help clarify for me if the lease buyout is the full payment times the number of remaining months or if the the rent portion is ommitted? The dealership is telling me i will be paying the rent amount for the full term regardless of if I pay off early or not.
You won’t owe the lessor for unearned rent charges on future payments.
Ask the bank, not the dealership.
