Hello~
I am new to this page and am very confused on some of the things on other peoples forums. I do have a few questions that I had and was wondering if you guys could help. Currently I have a Maserati Ghibli 16 thats lease ends in 2019 summer and was wondering if it was possible to end the lease early to get a new car. Also my other question is, I am looking at a new E63s amg for lease and all I know is the msrp is $131,000. I am in New York. Any help? Thank you!!

Quick question also… i leased my car for 1073 for 10k miles… was wondering if it was a good deal…

  1. Check buyout price from Captive and see if you can sell it for enough to make the payoff. Otherwise, the other option is to roll the remaining lease payments into the new car, raising the monthly payment. Lease payments don’t just vanish. You signed a contract and you owe what you owe.

  2. if all you know is MSRP, and are asking for help, you need to read up on leasing 101 first. Or, hire a broker to do the dirty work for you.

  3. impossible to tell if your old deal was good with just a monthly payment. Would need to know sales price, incentives, rate, residual at the time, etc. With that said, it doesn’t sound like you did very good at all.

I’m not sure what you’re referring to…the old car or the new. You didn’t list a sales price for either. However, if you’re just “guessing,” that further solidifies my point that you need to read up before taking on a new lease. How do you know that guess was good or bad? You could be leaving money on the table or be trying to get a car for an impossibly low sales price.
