E350 deal check

I was able to get an offer on the mercedes 2020 e350 as follows
Msrp $64450
Selling price $56000 (including $2500 corporate discount)
Acquisition 1095
MF 0.00090
Down 2k
Taxes 6.675
Term 36/12k
Residual 56%
Payment around 680-690
I didnt add any msds yet
Calculator score is 7.9
The dealer needs to get the car from another state.
can I do better? Is that a good deal?

Thank you

E350 is a 530i competitor. You can do much better on a 530i.

I am looking for a car with adaptive cruise control and apparently no body asks for these options on a German car!!! No 530i around me with such package unless you get other nonsense options and the msrp is around 70k

I was able to find 540i with msrp around 66k but payments are around 650-660 with 2K down

I got a different offer on e350 2020 0 miles from a local dealer who will need to have the car shipped from a different state. I would really appreciate you opinion on this one.
MSRP $66.575
Selling price $57250 (fleet included 2500)
Residual for 36m/12k 56%
tax is 6.75%
MF: 0.0009%
DAS 2000
Monthly payment is $725 with maintenance package included for 3 years.
They went down on selling price to 57250 with the included maintenance package. Without the maintenance selling price was 58K
Is this a good deal or I can do better?

Absolutely spot- sadly Benz isn’t as easy to crack a deal on.

The tech in Benz is so much more impressive so it requires a learning curve vs the simplified bmw system which is very intuitive

yes BMW has better incentives but less impressive when it comes to options and packages. I want driver assistance package which is hard to find on BMW and remote start which is not available on all 5 series. This specific E-class has all the packages I needed but is it a good deal with that selling price and monthly payment?

If it has everything you want and you’re comfortable with the payment what’s the issue?

A good payment is what you’re comfortable with.

Market availability also plays a role in all of this.

I found one 2020 Mercedes E350 with msrp of 66k but the dealer couldnt trade in with the other dealer out of state. We already paid deposit. He was able to find me another car in another state and getting it shipped right now. The new car has msrp of 68700 but he said that he will honour the same price and monthly payment of 705/m DAS 2000 for 36m/12k including maintenance. Attached is the deal proposal. How does it look? Do the numbers make since? Local tax is 6.75%.
