E-tron numbers ...what am I missing

So I’m potentially in the market for an e-tron and have the following deal but the numbers do not seem to add up.

I have costco + loyalty + 3 payments left on my current audi totalling 1767. Dealer says they are using 3 $500 coupons on me.

Selling price: $59887.50
Acquisition: 895
State DMV + Tire : 681+8.75
Rebates $11k (including the $1,500 in coupons)
Total Cap Cost 51549.89

3 year lease at 10k/per. They are quoting me $565.46 plus tax, or $619.18, with $2447 DAS. When I do the numbers by hand I get ~$85 less per month.

What am I missing?

Do you have a copy of their lease sheet? Have you confirmed MF, RV and incentives on the Edmunds forums? Are you sure the dealer is using base MF and the correct RV?

I don’t follow. Do both payments include money DAS?

Yes, they are using the correct numbers I have a copy of the sheet.

Yes, both have money DAS

Are you sure about the incentives? I believe there is $7500 lease cash with an additional marketing allowance (ranging from $7500 to $9000 depending on your region).

That’s correct, from my understanding. marketing allowance is part of the discount that gets them to $58k.

Can you post this?

You need to separate it from the dealer discount.

@navidg is the expert on this. I would do max MSDs to lower your MF.

As for discounts, you should find a stealership that will stack the discounts: Costco ($7500), Audi Lease Cash ($7500), Dealer Marketing Allowance $7500, Audi Loyalty $2000.

I just did this identical deal on Sunday. Signed: 2019 Audi eTron Premium Plus $74875, 36/10k DAS $2956 (MSDs x 9), $481. (SF)

Is the dealer rolling in these payments or are you using the Audi pull ahead program to cover them?

I suspect one of the rebates has been counted twice (ie its already in the discount).

Why does your calculator reflect a selling price that is $895 higher? Where are you accounting for the 3 remaining payments?

Hoping OP can respond to that.

That will help us better evaluate your deal.

Includes acquisition fee of $895. They are adding the $1767 of my last three payments and giving me $1500 more in “rebates” (dealer coupons).

Why do you have the acquisition fee rolled into the sales price AND itemized then?

Where are you accounting for the $1767 in the calculator

Agreed. You are “double counting” the 1767. Even though they gave you coupon for 1500, you need to account for the 3 remaining payments.

Remove the acquisition fee from selling price but add in the $1767 from your remaining payments. Then separate it the $1500 in coupons from incentives as those are untaxed. That will get you to the dealer’s quoted monthly. DAS will off by $100ish so check all fees.

What’s the marketing allowance for your dealership? There may be more room to squeeze in the discount especially if you’ve got Costco.
