E golf good deal? $79/month, 36months, $2789 due at signing

Wow that looks like a great deal! I’d jump on that and I don’t even have anywhere to charge it.

How did you get them to take 27% off MSRP?

Also, your first and last name are showing in that screenshot.

Thanks. Been talking with them for a couple of months. Just kept telling him I wasn’t ready and he kept going down and down. The only thing that sucks is that aftermarket charge. That’s over $30 per month more.

That is my first name. But the last name is not even close. But thanks for looking out.

Maybe it’s a VW thing now? I see 25% off Tiguan S 4Motion advertised, for example.
Corrected: it’s more like 22% since they do not include freight in the sale price. 23% off on Golf S.

Wow! Does he have any more?

Got the deal posted above. Drove 68 miles home and already got range anxiety. Got home with 9 miles. Plugged it in over night and had 59 miles. Drove to work and it went up to 62. Back down to 60 after arriving home. I am happy and pleased. Good luck to others.

The aftermarket stuff was door edge stickers, nitrogen filled tires, and vin etching. Done on every car at that dealer. Nothing I could do. Still $1000 better than all my other quotes.

Great deal, but that tactic of the “dealer requirement” for aftermarket garbage just rubs me the wrong way. I would feel much better if they just called it a “Profit fee,” at least that would be honest.

I took @tigertas32’s deal to Pasadena VW, and they said it was ridiculous and no one would ever offer that deal. They said they would do the same deal for $168.78/month over 36 months.

If I’m looking for a short-range EV, there’s gotta be way better deals than that out there, right?

i got the golf se for $280 month 12k miles a year 36month (first payment covered) Zero drive off.

quick question, you lease the car for 30 months? i thought you need to at least lease 36 months to qualify for the $2500 rebate.

Edit: Nevermind, i just double checked, only require 30 months lease.
