Does the Bolt EV incentive apply to other GM EVs?

I can’t find it anywhere in writing. Does this Bolt EV owner incentive apply only to the Equinox EV, or does it apply to any other GM EV like Blazer or Silverado?

yes it does, but less. Equinox get 2.5k cash and 3k lease.
Blazer and silverado get 1k off on both
