Does Chevy Employee Discount apply to leases at all?

I see that the fine print of the Chevy Employee Discount doesn’t apply to leases. That seems like a strange exclusion. Is there other specific bonuses for leases. Taking a look at a second Bolt EV we love our current one so much.

This employee discount stuff is kind of a bogus, my observation in the past is that they just reduce the rebates and give you the employee price, net difference isn’t much different.

I agree you can get the same deals throughout the year. Sometimes even better deals.

Perhaps my point is not coming across. With employee pricing, is Chevy actually giving money to the dealers for this? Or is it just “advertising”?

And if there is money for it, like a rebate, would it apply to leases? There is an actual code with it, 20-40AAG-0, so I would think it is money back from GM.

Yes, there is some factory money. No, it still doesn’t apply to leases.
