I am buying out my 2021 BMW. I can do cash payment, but I was wondering if BMWFS offers any special discount or financing rates for financing the buyout through them ? I also checked my local DCU and their rates are coming in around 4.5%. Don’t know if BMWFS offers any better rates ? Has anyone tried this and can share some insights ? Thanks.
They did as of last year. Call them.
Youll have to do the transaction through a dealer, so be mindful of whatever they might add that would offset any rate discounts
NY requires using a dealer to do the buy out at end of lease?
Not necessarily but if the OP plans to use BMWFS to finance his buyout (his question above) he may have to go through a dealer to facilitate that.
BMW of Manhattan is owned by BMW NA, I’ve seen LHs go through them before for that explicit reason.
