Do you guys know if 2020 Nissan Leaf comes with cargo cover?
I’m asking this because this itself cost about 250 at a nissan dealership and mine did not come with it.
Looks like 2021 version will have cargo cover for all trims.
While I do not know the answer to your question have you checked the “Monroney” label to see if it’s on the list?
FWIW, I sold a cargo cover for a Nissan Pathfinder on EBay, if you happen to be looking for a more economical option.
I did not, but don’t they charge like $10 bucks?
I will definitely look ebay or else where, but just wanted to check if its just stock option. Because if it is, I’m going in tomorrow morning to get one from the dealership. If not, I will start looking ebay or other places rather than genuine nissan homepage.

Yes, I can see it. From what I can see, it looks like you have a “Cargo Area Mat” however I do not see “Cargo Area Cover” or whatever it is traditionally called. Call the dealer and ask for one, worse they can do is say no.
Maybe try asking a Nissan Leaf forum?
My 2015 Leaf S did not have a cargo cover, it was included in the higher trim I believe.
Will call them tomorrow and check!
Quick update:
The next day, my friend was interested in same deal and the dealer was willing to do one more deal for my friend. When I walked in with my friend, I requested cargo cover for referral bonus and sales manager was nice enough to hook me up with one. 
The 2020 LEAF S does not come with a cargo cover standard unfortunately. Not particularly easy to find one aftermarket, etc. And the dealer price is fairly high for it.
