I’d like to bring my car in for dealer service soon and a bit weary of someone else or multiple people going into car as we are in a high case area.
I’m going to wait a bit longer, as I’m about a month past due. Maybe another few weeks.
I typically use disinfecting wipes on my phone and key etc and let air dry. Can I simply wipe down the interior of my car as well with these wipes or will it dry out the interior too much? It’s an Altima with “leather” steering wheel, shift knob and seats.

It’s a lease, as long as you don’t stain or rip the pleather you’ll live. When I went to UDE in Philly, they had guys going in with Ozone Misters or something and Lysol on the cars and contact surfaces, if they’ll do it to a 103k+ 7 Series, I think you’re Altima is going to fair just fine.

You should fly more, you’d have a much better immune system. 
Touching doesn’t appear to be a COVID transmission vector from the latest science, it’s airborne droplets.
Definitely air it out, you can wipe the surfaces with lysol/alcohol wipes. I keep some in the car and periodically hit the steering wheel/shifter/doorknob, but try not to use on leather if possible.
A flu shot certainly doesn’t hurt: just got my 11th consecutive one this week. And after many conversations with many FAs over the years, I always wipe my arm rests and tray table down.
I’ve used Clorox wipes a couple of times on my leather steering wheel, and it’s none the worse for wear. If the OP is only doing a disinfecting after service (and not, let’s say, every week), I imagine all surfaces will likely tolerate this just fine.
My dealer also put plastic coverings on the seat and steering wheel, when I took my car in for service.
I’ve been using Clorox wipes after service on touch points since long before covid. No issues. But I also do regular leather treatment etc.
God only knows what you’ve licked in your airport lounges.

Now can we talk about the Men’s Rooms in the United EWR lounge, with 1980s black porcelain sinks/urinals/toilettes/tile? The only utility for that choice is “don’t miss a single toot before your flight”. 
And the showers in the Centurion lounges. 
There isn’t enough bleach.
Ah, my area of expertise! The best lounge showers you’ll ever experience, without question, are at Cathay Pacific’s The Wing (First class) and The Pier (business class) lounges in Hong Kong. The Aesop conditioner is literally heaven
Whoa just noticed your bio and the site! Great stuff and some nice alternative content to OMAAT, which (imo) just tends to shill things mostly these days.
Going further down the off-ramp, personally I’m gonna miss the rain showers, collecting the rubber duckies, the gummy bears, and that sweet, sweet open bar in FRA. I have a hard time seeing LH bringing the FCT back after gutting their F fleet. Sadness… 
Bringing this back to cars, I went digging and found some oldies of the LH ground transfer fleet as well!
I’m not exactly a germophobe, but ever since I saw (and smelled) a diaper being changed with the aid of a tray table, I use these 100% of the time the moment I sit down.
Short of a medical emergency, their solid-wood floor-to-ceiling stall doors are the only thing that can convince me to visit Uncle Grumpy in a public restroom.
I love the view from the plaza premium lounge shower at HKG, but rarely end up there since CX lounges are so much better.
Doesn’t the dealer disinfect the car for you?
I went to BMW 2x for service during covid. Both times they disinfected the loaner in front of me.
Also during intake, they put steering wheel covers, seat covers, floor mats etc all over my car.
They also had someone disinfect the car before I picked it up.
I guess it depends on the dealership, but here in Central NJ, almost every dealer seems to have some kind of protocol for covid.
I went to pick it up a day after it was ready, wiped high touch surfaces upon pick up and parked it for a few days at home. Wife didn’t even get close to it for two weeks. BMW of Santa Monica.
Everyone has a different threshold / level of comfort on this. I’ve gotten a car serviced 3 times since start of covid. I don’t do any extra disinfecting, but I drive home with the windows down (heatwave permitting) and am conscious to avoid touching my face after touching any vehicle surface. Upon arriving at home, immediately apply hand sanitizer (and of course wash hands once in the house). Continue being a bit more liberal with hand sanitizer for a day or two after and conscious to avoid face-hand contact.
