I agree. We had a buyer back out today (no offense to him) because he didnāt get what he thought his trade deserved. They could either increase the value of the trade and decrease the discount on the new car or keep the high discount on the new car. It canāt be both when the dealer is already taking a bath on the new car.

Yes this is on top of the lease loyalty incentive
The former leasee is referring to customers who owned a bmw in the past 12 months but already returned their car.
This is pretty amazing actually especially on expensive BMWs

So let me understand this correctlyā¦
I have a BMW thats going back this month (may) - Does that mean Iāll see a $1000 returned to me for that?
Also - I have a current x3 lease (will I also see 2 500 credits for this?)
ANDDDD - Iām looking to lease another BMW this month, so again. $1000?

No it applies to the new lease not the one going backā¦
No, the only way youāre going to see a credit through this is if/when you lease a new BMW. BMW is not just giving a credit to all existing leases, or anything like that.
So if you lease a new 3 Series and the normal lease cash and loyalty incentive is say $3,000, through this that would be bumped to $3,500. Then on your first statement you would see an additional $500 credit. So if your payment was $600, youād only owe $100 on your first statement.
