Sorry to say but this is not a good deal, deals on the east coast are doing 24 months for the same numbers.
I’m in the market for one and on a $48k msrp, I can snag one for $460 per month with 12k miles and 24 months, $600 out of pocket total.

In the process of leasing one out of the state for a leftover 17 Giulia $390 per month with the tire and wheel package on a $48.7k msrp one. Just finalizing everything lol

I’d also spell out the things like the selling price before incentives and MF, that way others from out of state can get a general idea.
Is that for TX residents only? I tried leasing a Giulia from your dealership and they ended up quoting me $85 more per month because I wasn’t TX resident.
If you do not have an address here you won’t qualify for Tax Credit’s which is the adjustment you are probably talking about.
Exactly my point which makes this lease good only for TX residents. Out of state will pay the adjustment and payment will be $485/mo for a 43k MSRP Stelvio. Not a deal for out of state buyers.

Is this a good deal?

Also, went to another dealer and he offered to take the same car and lease it to me for a bit less, is that acceptable practice? Can I now pit these two dealers against each other on the same car?
