Demo 2025 XC90 T8 Plus 6-Seater. $78K, $325 with Zero DAS. 10 MSDs

It felt like there were a lot of obstacles along the way—at one point, I almost gave up on the idea of getting a $78K MSRP car for $325 a month, thinking it might be too good to be true. But in the end, it all worked out!
Huge thanks to @Zenek for the incredible guidance throughout the process; you’ve been amazing from start to finish! And thanks @Ursus for affirming it’s a great deal

I wanted one more car for my buddy, but the dealer refused to honor the deal for a second unit. Before finalizing this one, I spent some time searching for a dealer who could offer the same deal for two cars, but no luck. In the end, I secured one car from each of two separate dealers, each with a similar $325/month deal.

  • Dealer Discount: 13.32%
  • Rebates: $15,325 (Costco $2000, ABA $2000, Lease Cash $3500, Volvo Incentive $7500, First Month Free $325)
  • Lease Term: 24 months / 7,500 miles per year
  • Texas Sales Tax Credits (1.2% Tax on Sales Price)
  • Monthly Payment: $325 with zero due at signing (DAS)

Update: They have included the lease protection plan in above monthly payments. Looks like I can cancel and get $400 back, but I’ll let it ride at this price.

No point sharing dealer info. They aren’t interested in doing this again.

Congrats on your deal. For deals like this, dealers are not going to want to blow out multiple cars.

Thanks Mike. :handshake:

Absolutely agreed.
And that’s why I called it out here.

Awesome stuff and congrats! Appreciate that you posted full details on this deal. Loaner. Max MSDs. Texas tax credits. Discount reflective of car as a demo. Enjoy!

FWIW-- This also makes a pretty good balloon loan (with the TX tax credit). Particularly if somebody needs high miles and doesn’t want to pay the MSDs.

I would love to know more on this.
If you can share some more details please… Like how to

How do you calculate the loaner penalty for the current mileage? Also - what’s the limit of miles?

I used leasehakr calculator to get the adjusted residual for loaner with miles.
I’m not sure on limit
