That’s unfortunate - I’d say don’t do transfer then and just see if you can sell it.
Life is unpredictable and you don’t want to open yourself to liabilities.
There’s no way. You’re on the hook for payments if they stop paying. I would not transfer this unless you have someone in your family - and even then it’s risky.
