Buy a one-owner car, not this rental that’s been used and possibly abused by countless people.
Spending ~$25k to lease a car selling for ~50 is the opposite of lease hacking, that’s just throwing money away.

That’s a pretty low spec 4cv. 
Not a horrible deal fundamentally but the lowest spec 4CV I’d take even in a 30i is high 60’s-low 70’s.
