Hi:
I am looking for car deal where money factor will be 0. any one know or have recently made deal with 0 money factor.
Probably not. Unless you want to teleport yourself back to 2019-2021 on Toyota Camry where MF was 0.0001
0 MF? None this year and I don’t think I’ve seen one in last 3 years.
Why would an OEM lease a car and not make money on it?
The Durango 392 is .00006 .14% that’s currently available
Fun truck
23 Volvo XC40 T5 Bright is at .0005, with 9 MSDs it’s 0.12% APR. Zero MF doesn’t exist.
Now if we only knew what kind of car they wanted. Maybe they are hoping the CyberTruck is 0 MF?
I believe the one pay on a Ridgeline is 0.00023.
No. But, I recall seeing Jeep/Chrysler adds with $15000 (over 20%) OFF MSRP with .00019 MF (which is 4.56APR). Suppose MSRP of such car was 72420 and residual after 36 Month was 36934 (51%), you would be financing $20,486 with relatively low MF from Chrysler Financing. You can use lease calculator to see how much would it cost to finance full depreciation (based on MSRP) versus financing it after 15000 off, you may arrive to 879/mo payment with 15000 off, versus 1138/mo with 0.000 MF if you had to pay full MSRP.
Ah, I remember getting my 21 Arteon SEL Premium R Line at .0001 MF. Also got a crazy discount. Probably the best deal I ever self negotiated.
How do you like car? A few years ago, I was thinking of getting into one. Not today.
For the same reason they give rebates.
Ioniq 6 - onepay for 24 month term is between .00002-9 depending on trim.
I just sold it, since we decided to get a truck long term alongside a 4xe. It was fully decked out in creature comforts and looked slick. Weak engine overall, but amazing value for again, being a completely decked out vehicle. The trunk space and the rear seat space is ridiculous.
That’s OEM the Manufacturer who gives rebates.
OEM the Bank is a different division and still has costs associated with running.
Is this a usury thing?
Just curious.
The elusive quadruple zero one money factor, that reminds me of my Saab days. Seems like that MF always came with a low residual, gotta offset that cheap money, .00001. It’s all a game, cars can have a low MF and a low residual or a higher MF and higher residual, in the end it’s all about the payment.
Very true. Look at Porsche. High MF, but also high RV and reasonable discounts, which makes it much more affordable car than MB GLE, despite both being in the same price range .And need I say anything about handling?
