Dealers Honoring GM Supplier Discount?

I’ve been trying to find a dealer that will honor GM Supplier Discount on in-stock Yukon XL SLT. It seems to be literally impossible to find a dealer who will honor the discount code. Does anybody know of dealers honoring these with on-lot/in-transit vehicles?
