Dealer vs Broker?

What are the advantages/ disadvantages to working with a broker vs a dealer?

Broker costs a little money up front in order to get you a good deal on a car that would probably take you days or weeks to get yourself.

Unless of course you want to take the time to learn how leases work, do research, figure out your target deal and reach out to a bunch of dealers yourself.

Some brokers have really good relationships with specific dealerships and can get solid pricing with a phone call. It is a great option for people who are busy and do not want to overpay.

Other brokers are bums and call every dealership and say “What’s invoice and how far back of invoice are you going?” Definitely check the reviews because there are some great ones and some not-so-great ones.
